Return Policy
Products may be returned within seven (7) days from the purchase date, provided they remain unused, complete with original tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase.
Product Condition
- Products must be unused.
- Original product tag must remain attached.
- Original packaging must be complete.
- Purchase receipt is required.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange for another size.
- Exchange for another colour.
- Exchange for another model with price adjustment.
- Exchange only once per transaction.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available under approved conditions and are not applicable for change-of-mind purchases or discounted products.
